Chef Mary Sue Milliken Talks ‘Low-Impact Diet’

Editor’s Note: The following is part of SCGH’s Green Entrepreneur series this week featuring video interviews by Heather-Leigh Logan with people talking about their innovations and projects.

LOS ANGELES — Mary Sue Milliken, world-renowned celebrity chef from Bravo’s “Top Chef Masters,” speaks with Sierra Club Green Home about how easy (and delicious) it can be to eat a low-impact diet, and how to go green with your holiday feast. She also touches on how to ensure the seafood you enjoy is sustainably sourced. Those not ready to make the shift to a vegetarian diet can learn from the diet Milliken follows: a low-impact diet of 80% plants and 20% organic meat.
