No electric and no gas! Truly amazing. I’m sure that has a lot to do with the area also…I doubt someone could live in NY with no gas even with the most sustainable building.

If you get a credit from the power company, like mentioned in the video, will they actually pay you the money, or is that credit only good for services from the power company?

This home reminds me of homes in rural Mexico. All the homes are made out of clay bricks and molded just like that window.
