Once you have it sealed, cleaning terrazzo also becomes incredibly simple. You really just have to dry mop it a few times a week, and do annual maintenance and you’re all set. Carpet is so inconvenient. I tend to spill a lot of stuff on my floors and its a hassle cleaning it up. I want new floors.

Tile stays cool in the summer too. I like to sleep on the floor with my dogs sometimes, even they know it’s cooler on the tile than on my bed!
