There are some great dimmable CFLs here http://www.energycircle.com/store/lighting/dimmable-cfl-s, and we have found that pairing with a quality dimmer is critical. We love this one: http://www.energycircle.com/store/lighting/controls-switches-timers/lutron-diva-dimmer.html.

It's not the brand so much that matters. Just make sure you buy CFLs that are specifically for dimmers. They are labeled differently (and sadly, are more expensive.)

Hi Everybody. I just bouth some CFLs and they buzz horribly when I dim the lights. Is there a brand that doesn't do this?
